- My name is Timothy Atkins, I was born and raised in Sweden to wonderful English parents. Ive lived in Paris, Stockholm and New York for extended periods of time, but I am temporarily changing the hectic pace of the city for rural life. I am a pleine air painter at heart, and there is nothing better than being outside painting whatever catches my eye. The comfort of the studio will do in harsher conditions though!

do any of these people realize you're drawing them? That happened to me once.
Sometimes, but they most often come up and talk about art. Some people get really uneasy, so I stop and look at someone else for a while.
